Name of the Event: “GORILLA STYLE WARS 2024” (hereinafter - the Event)
Event organizer: PE “FUNKY DANCE”.


By signing this document:
  1. I EXPRESSLY WANT to participate in the Event; I confirm that I have reached the age of 16 years; I confirm that I am familiar with the rules of participation in the Event and fully agree to follow them and unconditionally comply with all instructions and requirements of the Event organizers during the Event;
  2. I undertake to never, under any circumstances, intentionally create situations that may cause harm to other participants or the Organizer during the Event;
  3. I KNOW that my participation in the Event involves a certain degree of risk and may result in damage to my health and/or property, health and/or property of third parties.
  4. I accept responsibility for my life and health throughout the duration of the Event and confirm that neither the Event organizer nor its affiliates shall be liable in the event of injury and/or accident to me. If I cause injury to any person or damage to their property, I will be solely responsible;
  5. I undertake not to consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and other substances capable of causing alcoholic, narcotic and other types of intoxication or otherwise affecting my condition during the Event;
  6. I confirm that I am physically and mentally prepared to participate in the Event and to the possible stress and strain during the Event, I also confirm that I have no medical contraindications preventing me from participating in the Event. At the same time, I agree that the Event Organizer may not allow me to participate in the Event at any time due to failure to check my condition or safety;
  7. I undertake to immediately notify the Event organizer of any deterioration of my health, in case of failure to notify - to assume all risks and be fully responsible for any possible damage caused to third parties. In the event of an emergency situation due to which I require emergency medical assistance, I hereby give my consent to medical intervention;
  8. I express my consent to the use by the Organizer of the Event or authorized third parties for the production and use of audio recordings, video recordings and photographic materials from the Event with my participation, as well as the use of my name, image, voice, appearance, speech and biographical material for any purpose (commercial, advertising and other) in any media without limitation of the period of use.
  9. The Event Organizer may use, broadcast, report, display, show, display, reproduce and/or make available to the public the above materials in any media, including but not limited to radio, television, movie theaters, events, data media and the Internet. I agree that the organizer of the Event has the right to make any changes, pauses, cut out fragments or make other modifications in and with the use of materials and to use the modified materials without any restrictions. The organizer of the Event has the right to transfer the rights to use the above materials to any third parties.
  10. I understand and agree that I may not be named as a participant in the Event and I do not expect to receive financial gain for my appearance in materials related to the Event;
  11. I declare that I waive any pecuniary or other claims or demands that I may have against the organizers of the Event, the owners of the property where the Event is held and any other organizers of the Event, and against other participants who may cause me injury or other physical or mental harm. This waiver also applies to my possible heirs, guardians;
  12. I give my consent to the collection and processing of my personal data to the Organizer of the Event, as well as to third parties connected, both at present and in the future with the Organizer of any legal relations aimed at obtaining, storing, using and disseminating my personal data, not contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
